My clients face relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, parenting issues, self-esteem issues, eating disorders or feeling stuck in life. I have advanced training in body-mind-spirit centered psychotherapies. I'll guide you in using mindfulness practices to deepen awareness and befriend your body. Your body holds your story, and is the key to your healing. I'll help you safely experience how emotional wounds can be released through your body, and how your body can help you find your way home.
With deep listening and warm presence, I'll welcome whatever comes up for you that wants to be seen, heard or released.
