Both individuals and couples come to me. Often people say that they struggle as they often feel misunderstood and rejected. We all have a longing to feel safe and to connect and belong. Rejection is hard. My main aim is to create a safe space to explore and make sense of your strategies to connect and belong and together we can explore new ways of relating and communicating that feel safe and sincere.
I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist. Together we make sense of how you learn to relate and how that affects your life today.
