When a person is in pain, they generally want to feel better. My clients all come to therapy because what they’ve been doing to feel better ultimately isn’t working any longer. We work together to address what’s at the core of their pain & focus on managing that more effectively, without negative repercussions. We will together build a set of skills to help them feel more empowered & effective in their life.
