I use an integrative approach mixing elements of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Adlerian and mindfulness. However my approach will always be based in genuineness and equal collaboration with my clients.
Individuals who are stuck in unhealthy behavioral patterns are not deficient or problematic, but rather might never have experienced the interpersonal conditions necessary to safely explore wants and needs or to challenge oneself honestly. I work exclusively with complementary insurance.
