I work with adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, shame, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties and the effects of difficult past experiences and traumas. Whether you are looking for your first experience of therapy or have tried it before, we'll start where you are and work towards understanding yourself more deeply and creating meaningful change.
I help you understand the deeper patterns beneath what you're experiencing and, importantly, begin to change them. My work draws on person-centred, trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Therapy can feel daunting, especially if you're not sure what you need or have tried it before and felt something was missing. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
