Where the stress, hyper-excitability, emotional blunting, pain, intrusions, or flashbacks show up, you can influence. In dance-, movement- and trauma-specific movement therapy the focus is on the self in the now. In a psychotherapeutic approach, the therapy promotes a person's emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration.

Developing/strengthening a positive self-experience, recognizing and releasing fixed compensation schemes, through mindful bodywork, an interplay of sensory perception and movement. Build up a basic security, allow/shape emotional experiences, dissolve rigidity, strengthening resilience. You initiate a process of change and make it useful for everyday life.
