Guiding you to find the answers within, you will feel more able to make meaningful change for a happier self and life. I work with all relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, breakups, toxic friendships/colleagues, work/school stress, depression, anxiety, loss, life changes, transitions and menopause. Accompanying and supporting you to explore your emotions and thoughts to feel better and move forward.
By listening and accepting you for who you are without judgement or expectation, I will gently support and guide you throughout. Using a mix of talking therapy, cognitive behavioural tools, emotional awareness, mind/body techniques, creative interventions and psychological education, I will create a personalised therapy that feels whole and right for you.
