About
If you're feeling stuck, sad, overwhelmed, confused or you just don't know what's going on in your life, I can help you find a way through your struggles so you feel relief, balance, clarity and calm. Guiding you to find the answers within, you will feel more able to make meaningful change for a happier self and life. I work with all relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, breakups, toxic friendships/colleagues, work/school stress, depression, anxiety, loss, life changes, transitions and menopause. Accompanying and supporting you to explore your emotions and thoughts to feel better and move forward.
By listening and accepting you for who you are without judgement or expectation, I will gently support and guide you throughout. Using a mix of talking therapy, cognitive behavioural tools, emotional awareness, mind/body techniques, creative interventions and psychological education, I will create a personalised therapy that feels whole and right for you.
I am a warm, supportive and practical counsellor who works in a compassionate way so you feel free and safe to express yourself. My office is a soothing and tranquil space for your comfort and ease. With my nature, personal experience of life's difficulties and professional expertise, I aim to bring a depth of warmth, understanding, empathy and hope to you.
