Was it curiosity that brought you here? Or perhaps pain, confusion, fear? All of You are welcome here. Years ago, life took me on a journey to find connection and authenticity. It was a gift of being human. There, I learned to embrace the light and dark aspects of myself. I now guide you to explore your body, heart-centered relationships, and authentic expression through touch, breathwork, sound, movement, compassionate inquiry, herbalism, and psychedelic consciousness. I guided hundreds of people in sessions and groups to connect to their deep truth and purpose.

Our body holds the key to being healthy and alive. To explore your capacity to connect and live your life to the fullest. I help you to experience and maintain a connection to the self, others, and the natural world. We do it by learning how to feel and inhabit our body and connect to the unconscious through our body.
