It was a gift of being human. There, I learned to embrace the light and dark aspects of myself. I now guide you to explore your body, heart-centered relationships, and authentic expression through touch, breathwork, sound, movement, compassionate inquiry, herbalism, and psychedelic consciousness. I guided hundreds of people in sessions and groups to connect to their deep truth and purpose.

I help you to experience and maintain a connection to the self, others, and the natural world. We do it by learning how to feel and inhabit our body and connect to the unconscious through our body.
