Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring relationship patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from themselves or their partner. Therapy offers a space to better understand these patterns, process difficult experiences, and find new ways of relating.
In individual therapy, I support clients with trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I am trained in EMDR which helps process traumatic experiences and reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories.I also offer couples therapy for partners experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, or a loss of connection.
Sessions focus on understanding relational and attachment patterns, improving communication, and rebuilding trust and emotional safety within the relationship. My approach is thoughtful, structured, and adapted to each person or couple. The aim is to create a safe and supportive space where meaningful and lasting change can take place.
