I am a psychological counsellor and co-founder of the private practice Therapy Central in Zurich where I support individuals to find clarity and navigate life's challenges related to career direction, relationships, emotional well-being, and questions of meaning. I am also the author of the workbook From Crisis to Contribution, a science-based guide for anyone navigating a period of change, uncertainty, and stress.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, and systemic coaching.

I aim to create a collaborative space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and clarity about what truly matters to them, enabling lasting change and a more fulfilling life. I am married and a parent.
