I have found that the roots of many issues we see manifest themselves on an individual level but also permeate to an individual’s interactions in their couple. My practice is built around seeing clients either alone or with their partner in order to work on these issues. There is a way to slow down, develop new insight into yourself and learn how to create long lasting satisfaction in your life.
I offer individual and couples therapy, working carefully to ensure both partners feel equally supported during the delicate healing process. I can help you gain practical tools to help you feel more connected to your partner, learn to manage emotions and address repetitive patterns that continue to cause stress and disconnect in your relationship.
