Hi, I’m Franziska, a Swiss-licensed psychotherapist. I work with women who have learned to push through, but internally struggle with self-doubt, a sense of not being good enough, and feeling overwhelmed by the expectations of work and motherhood. Many of the women I work with are well reflected and self-aware. They often understand where their patterns come from but still find themselves reacting in ways they don’t fully understand and can't seem to shift on their own. This is often the point where they choose to reach out for support.

I work trauma-informed and integrative, which means we explore how past experiences still shape your reactions today, while also finding practical ways to respond differently in the present. We pay attention not just to your thoughts, but also to your body and nervous system - especially if you’re used to feeling tense, overwhelmed or constantly “on”.
