I am Renate, a trilingual (French, English, Dutch) FSP Psychologist, Life Coach and EMDR Therapist. If you have problems at work (i.e. burn-out, issues with colleagues), problems in your personal life (i.e. lack of confidence, feeling stuck), if you are a teenager & are dealing with "teenage issues" (i.e. pressure at school or with peers), if you think about switching jobs, if you have marital/relational problems (i.e. communication issues) or deeper psychological issues (i.e. trauma), I may be able to help you.
I offer the following Coaching and Counseling services: Life/Personal Coaching, Relationship (Marriage) Counseling, Psychological Counseling/Therapy and EMDR Therapy. My approach is integrative, using different (mindful and cognitive) therapeutic methods (i.e. ACT, EFT, EMDR), adapted to your unique needs.
