Welcome. You may have come here because you are feeling confused or sad. Perhaps you are reaching a point in your life when you are posing existential questions or simply wish to find ways to feel better and to cope with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Each individual has an original journey to make and every therapeutic relationship is unique. I would like to accompany you on your way and provide the support to help you discover your inner world and learn practical approaches to regulate your emotions and manage daily stressors.

I have experience working with a range of conditions including anxiety and depression, addiction, eating and sleep disorders, negative thought spirals and other forms of psychic imbalance. Navigating the sometimes frightening waters of relationships, sexuality and gender is another area where it helps to have someone to confide in.

I use a Jungian approach, through talking, expressive arts, Dream analysis and sandplay we can access unconscious material to unlock the mysteries of your inner world and find resources to understand yourself better, regulate difficult emotions, to cope and thrive.

Using the Ulmann Method, the Jungian Dream Group at Chavannes-de-Bogis will provide a supportive setting to explore the psychodynamics and symbolism in one person's dream each session. The dreamer owns the dream and shares their associations and hypotheses and the Group provides input and analysis. 10 participants maximum.

The first in a series of Workshops for Adolescents and Young Adults, this Workshop will explore body consciousness and cultivate body positivity, discuss eating disorders and weaknesses around food and body image.
