I work with trauma, difficult emotions, and struggles. When it’s the case, I blend in my knowledge of neurodivergence, tailoring classical methodologies to neurodivergent minds. I bring a very culturally attuned vision into the work, factoring in complex family dynamics, historical layers, and social context. I create a welcoming environment where everything you are is taken into consideration. I carefully combine talk therapy with projective techniques and scientifically proven, brain-focused methodologies.

When a client can talk, we talk. When things become too intense, when emotions overwhelm language, we shift into other ways of working. I integrate psychodrama, I work with EMDR, and I bring in concepts from EFT and NARM. Sometimes we use toys, colour, drawing, or objects not to avoid difficult moments, but to move through old, complex, intense experiences

I like to describe my therapy as a very thoroughly prepared, but gentle dance where clients are welcome to come exactly as they are, and where we slowly unravel existing resources while also building new ones, to help guide them through current challanges in their lives.
