| Français | Polski I specialize in difficulties with emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, and the relationship with oneself. I help my clients get in touch with their inner child, learn how to listen to their emotions, validate them, and autoregulate in a safe, healthy way. I also help them with escaping vicious circles. To do so, we work together on the problematic behaviors and beliefs relying on openness, kindness, and lack of judgment. I am sensitive to difficulties encountered by sexual minorities LGBTQ+, neurodivergent adults and expats.
My methods are based on the cognitive-behavioral and emotion-focused approaches and the inner child theory. Although childhood experiences shape our beliefs and attitudes in adult life, we can learn to reverse their influences, unlearn the unhealthy patterns, and replace them with self-care, awareness, and boundaries.
Our sessions are dedicated entirely to you. During this time, we work together on the issues that you decide to address, in your own rhythm and according to your individual needs, preferences, and situation. I am here to help you uncover these elements of your functioning that remain difficult to access, and that, for whatever reason, cause you sorrow.
