I have been working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, mood and personality disorders. The experience I have gained over a few years with multiple psychological problems brought more light to my understanding of the psyche and its treatment.
Psychodynamic therapy offers people to look deeper at the roots of their problems and to unravel the torment inside of them. On that journey to the authentic self, clients learn to bring their unconscious wishes to the surface and to discover their true feelings.
I believe that by forming healthy relationships with a psychotherapist, clients learn to build healthy relationships with others and with themselves.
