I am a Gestalt therapist & Systemic Counsellor. I also have training in crisis counselling, body-oriented, art-therapy, as well as a specialisation in work with matters of sexuality. This means that depending on your needs we will incorporate techniques from different approaches.
I have a lot of work experience with Expats and Internationals.
I am happy to work with anyone, who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I offer therapy, coaching and psychological counselling in English, German and Russian, online and offline in Berlin.
I work with a whole variety of client inquiries, from difficulties in partner and family relationships, over anxiety and depression, workplace stress and burnout, to emigration and social adaptation. I integrate different approaches, depending on what you need.
My job is to help you correctly recognize and understand your feelings and bodily reactions, overcome outdated behavioural patterns, open up to new possibilities, experiences and choices.
