I work with women who feel a lost connection to self, clouded by self-doubt, overwhelm and anxiety, who is ready to heal their trauma and create loving relationship to themselves. By bringing compassionate awareness to your inner-child wounds and the shadow that was casted, you can free yourself from recurring behavioural patterns preventing from living according to your authentic self. As a result you will notice a big growth in your confidence, self-awareness and emotional resilience.

I employ Gestalt Psychotherapy, Mindfulness (MBSR), Yoga Nidra and Art Therapy tools to bring awareness and activate the process of healing and the path to a fuller life. Trauma Sensitive practices are an essential ingredient to my work, especially due to my interest in the connection between trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. This happens by using both “wings”: 'being with' and 'working with'. As a native English speaker, who has relocated to Denmark 8 years ago, I am passionate about cultivating resilience and empowering expatriates through transitions in their personal or professional life.

My work concentrates on saying "yes" to life. It is a journey to find your personal time, the core essence, meaning and fulfillment. I am a clinical psychologist (PhD), and I work with Existential Analysis and Logotherapy in Copenhagen, in English and Russian. I use phenomenological and person-oriented psychotherapy, which aims to create conditions for leading own life more freely and authentically, living more in line with ‘inner consent', with greater freedom and awareness.

The purpose of therapy is, that you shouldn’t need it

Måske har du brug for at få klarhed i en aktuel situation. Måske savner du glæde eller retning i dit liv. Eller måske har du svært ved at sætte grænser eller ønsker at få et bedre selvværd? Det kan også være du føler dig stresset på grund af en svær relation eller fordi du føler dig presset eller utilstrækkelig på dit arbejde. Dette er blot eksempler på, hvad andre arbejder med i terapi hos mig. I terapien giver vi plads til det, som udfordrer dig. Grundene til at søge hjælp med terapi, kan være menage. Fælles er altid et ønske om at skabe en forandring. Uanset hvad din grund er, er der også plads til det, som fylder for dig.

I offer present and caring therapy to individuals, couples, families and young people. With me you can get help understanding and processing difficult emotions, actions and events, breaking troubled patterns or getting out of discouragement, loneliness or powerlessness. By me you will have a free space where there will be full focus on YOU and what is occupying you! You will be met exactly as you are and with all your "luggage". Through our conversations you will understand yourself better and get an experience that things are falling into place.
