Pacifica Treatment Centre is an innovative non-profit society, founded in 1977, providing in-residence treatment and community-based services for individuals experiencing problematic substance use (drugs and alcohol), in conjunction with concurrent mental health concerns and trauma.

Red Road Recovery is a private addictions treatment centre for substance abuse and concurrent disorders located in Sorrento BC. Our rehabilitation program focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit through the bio/pyscho-social model, integrated with traditional indigenous healing practices and recovery through the 12 Steps. We believe everyone is different with their own underlying issues and needs, hence why we believe in building individualized treatment plans structured to address each client specifically.

Our experienced team of mental health professionals understands depression. Our clinic offers innovative options such as Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to support treatment-resistant depression. TMS is an outpatient, drug free treatment intended for patients who are not responding to medication or unable to tolerate antidepressant medication. A Health Canada approved non-invasive therapy, TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate targeted areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. TMS is available for the treatment of depression at our downtown Vancouver clinic location under the supervision of trained clinicians. TMS is also now available for the treatment of depression, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and smoking cessation at our downtown Montreal clinic.

Our 5-week residential Traumatic Stress Recovery Program (TSRP), followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support, is a customized program for individuals who have experienced trauma or who suffer from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Every person experiences trauma differently. A family member ( i.e. spouse, sister/ brother can join the program in a week 1 and week 2). Our highly-trained clinical team can help you understand PTSD and its comorbid conditions, and provide support tailored to your experience and symptoms. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, psycho-educational sessions, and more. Peak House is a voluntary, ten-week, live-in, treatment program for youth ages 13-18 years old (inclusive) experiencing problems with drugs, including alcohol. We are located in a large house in a residential neighbourhood in Vancouver. Our program is a suitable treatment option for youth with the willingness to get back on track with their lives. We welcome clients from all walks of life, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, genders and gender expressions.

Sunshine Coast Health Centre is a private, licensed, residential addiction treatment facility for men. While other programs focus on abstinence or reducing harm, we believe that the recovery process needs to move beyond mere healing. Instead, we help our clients experience personal transformation and full integration into society. Our programs are based largely on the theory and practice of Meaning-Centered Therapy (MCT), developed by psychologist Dr. Paul T. P. Wong. Dr. Wong was heavily influenced by Viktor Frankl and used personal meaning as a way to organize different therapies such as existential psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and positive psychology into a unified therapeutic approach. We treat the four elements of what it means to be a human being - the physical, psychological, social and spiritual. Our residential alcohol & drug rehabilitation program follows a daily schedule of activities that focuses on long-term wellness and success. Combined, our 30-, 42-, 60-, and 90-day programs accept a maximum of 47 clients, allowing you to be on a first-name basis with staff and peers.

At the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Centre of Vancouver, we use compassionate, scientifically supported treatments to help people achieve goals that are important to them and increase the quality of their lives. Our clinicians provide evidence-based individual, group, and family services. We have a full DBT program, including individual therapy, telephone consultation, skills training groups, and a consultation team and also offer other Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Mindfulness & Acceptance Based Treatments. In addition, we regularly train and consult with mental health providers across Canada.

Paradise Valley Healing Center formerly known as Chopra Addiction & Wellness Center is a private residential center specializing in treating a broad range of addictive behaviours and psychological trauma. Our programs include Intensive Outpatient programs for alcohol & drug misuse, aftercare groups, family programs and family groups to address co dependency issues. Miklat Recovery Society is a non-profit registered charity offering residential drug and alcohol treatment in picturesque Powell River, on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Miklat means “refuge”, and our program is designed to offer a place of refuge from the storms of addiction; a place where hope, inspiration, and practical tools can be given to men healing from the effects of substance use disorder.

At Optimind we are experts in Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a safe and effective treatment for depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). An evidence-based treatment option, TMS is effective and importantly it is free of the side effects of medication. Our team has specialized training and certification in TMS, including at Harvard Medical School in Boston, at Canada’s largest mental health teaching hospital’s Temerty Centre for Therapeutic Brain Intervention at CAMH, and through both the International Clinical TMS Certification and Clinical TMS Society.

We provide a 12-week intensive outpatient addiction treatment program out of our Prince George office. Treatment includes group psycho-social education, group support, and weekly individual therapy sessions.
