Our personalized treatment plans are tailored to each client’s unique needs and use a combination of evidence-based therapies and holistic care to guarantee a successful and lasting recovery. Each program typically includes a structured program for six days per week – combining psychoeducational and process group therapy, one-on-one counselling sessions, small group therapy, mindfulness and family therapy
