Don't Flip Your Lid - Emotion Regulation Group
Is your child quick to “flip their lid”? Do they struggle to stay calm when they get frustrated? Once they are worked up do they take a long time to calm down? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions this emotional regulation group may be for you. 8-week in-person group for children in grade 1-3 & 4-6 struggling with emotion regulation (two groups will run simultaneously). This Group is offered in French and English.

The Growth Zone - Executive Functioning Skills
4-week in-person group for adolescents in grades 7-8, 9-10 & 11-12 (separate groups). Help your teen build essential life and academic skills. Over four sessions, we’ll explore strategies to improve concentration, planning, time management, organization, impulse control, and healthy sleep routines. Through engaging, evidence-based techniques, participants will learn how to set and achieve goals, manage their time effectively, and enhance their focus and organization. This workshop offers a practical toolbox of skills that teens can use to boost their independence and self-confidence.
