At Terradyne Wellness Centre, we specialize in treating individuals struggling with mental health issues, with a focus on addiction. Our full team of clinicians, psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, and support staff ensures comprehensive, well-rounded care. We offer withdrawal management and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for those who qualify, all within our 6-bed boutique-style facility. With our personalized approach and top-tier services, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for our clients.
Our Programs and Approach to Treatment
We offer comprehensive support from withdrawal management to the treatment and diagnosis of mental health and addiction issues. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and psycho-education to address the root causes of addiction and mental health struggles. We also incorporate ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), 12-step exposure, and SMART Recovery. Our programs range from 30-day stays to more intensive 90-day programs, designed to meet the varying needs of our clients. We also offer outpatient services for individuals who may not require intensive inpatient treatment. Additionally, we provide Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for those with treatment-resistant depression, available to clients who meet the qualifying criteria. Our holistic approach includes mindfulness practices, meditation, yoga, and fitness activities to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Healthy nutrition and healthy living activities are integral parts of our program to support overall well-being.
