Our home style facility is located on private property in the heart of Kamloops, BC. Sage is a licensed private abstinence-based residential treatment centre that offers a customized, evidence-based treatment program for individuals who are struggling with addictions. Our co-ed facility focuses on providing a safe, welcoming, non-biased, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive environment for individuals to heal. 
Customized Treatment Plans
At Sage Health Centre, we believe that customizing individual treatment plans in order to address the underlying issues that contributed to using unhealthy coping mechanisms, supporting clients in developing healthy coping strategies though client education and counselling, developing a foundation in 12-step/SMART recovery programs, along with adopting a wellness oriented lifestyle is the key to successful long-term recovery. All therapeutic groups, individual counselling sessions, and psycho-educational components are presented from a strengths perspective that motivate clients to define and utilize their existing skills and assets which promotes self-empowerment in their recovery process. Addiction is a medically recognized chronic, progressive, relapsing disorder that can be effectively treated through abstinence and recovery management. Sage Health Centre is dedicated in supporting potential clients, family members, and employers and referral agents in: Addressing general inquiries regarding our program, an initial referral screening which determines if Sage Health Centre is an appropriate program for a potential client.
