Heal from Trauma: Live Your Life Again
Our 5-week residential Traumatic Stress Recovery Program (TSRP), followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support, is a customized program for individuals who have experienced trauma or who suffer from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Every person experiences trauma differently. A family member ( i.e. spouse, sister/ brother can join the program in a week 1 and week 2). Our highly-trained clinical team can help you understand PTSD and its comorbid conditions, and provide support tailored to your experience and symptoms. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, psycho-educational sessions, and more. Small Group: 6 individuals per group only. Separate Cohort for First Responders and Veterans. Financial Assistance available. Certified to work with First Responders Traumatic Stress Recovery Program
Our treatment center is located in Kelowna, in the heart of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Kelowna is a popular recreation paradise with miles of beautiful parkland, sandy beaches, and lush mountains that provide wonderful opportunities for healing and recovery. Clients stay at modern and comfortable home residence while they attend treatment at our clinic during the day. Groups are kept small, at no more than 6 people per group. Our program is offered to the general population, First Responders, Veterans, and any individual who has suffered from occupational stress injury (OSI). First responders and Veterans are placed in a cohort, separate from the general population. Financing

Traumatic Stress Recovery Program
This is a 11-week program made up of 5 weeks of residential in-patient treatment followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, and psychoeducational sessions.

Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program
Our Residential Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program (ADRP) focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression symptoms and triggers. The program is 10 days in duration, followed by 4 weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Clients participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, psycho-education, mindfulness, yoga, physical and leisure activities while having and an opportunity to relax. Clients reside in a beautiful home surrounded by mountains and forest.
