Traumatic Stress Recovery Program

This is a 11-week program made up of 5 weeks of residential in-patient treatment followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, and psychoeducational sessions.

Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program

Our Residential Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program (ADRP) focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression symptoms and triggers. The program is 10 days in duration, followed by 4 weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Clients participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, psycho-education, mindfulness, yoga, physical and leisure activities while having and an opportunity to relax. Clients reside in a beautiful home surrounded by mountains and forest.
