Private Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center in BC
We are a private, residential alcohol and drug treatment center located just fifteen minutes from the International Airport in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia. We are unique in our approach in providing a safe, respectful, and loving environment for beginning your road to recovery. We are a small center with private rooms which include an on-suite, lovely décor and the space you need to just relax and find some privacy. Our treatment program consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with an introduction to Twelve Step programs. There is a huge emphasis on education about the disease of addiction and relapse prevention. Our staff at Options is second to none with most in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol. This brings a personal understanding that each and every client needs to be supported and cared for with compassion and understanding during their stay at Options. We offer incredible, nutritious meals and cater to those with special dietary needs. We also offer a unique, recovery-based yoga program. We strongly believe in treating the mind, body and spirit. At Options we believe in the power of choice and the power of change. We offer drug and alcohol treatment through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an introduction to Twelve Step programs. We have great success through our approach, which includes daily group therapy, yoga and exercise, a healthy diet, workshops all geared toward relapse prevention, fellowship and understanding. We teach our clients how to "navigate" life without substances. We offer aftercare, second stage recovery and have an "open door" policy for our alumni. Our mission is to provide adult men and women suffering from a substance use disorder the understanding, compassion, care, education, and dignity they deserve. We strive to create an environment conducive to our clients building a foundation for long-term recovery from drugs and/or alcohol in a safe and supportive environment. Services are provided in a warm and loving atmosphere which promotes the rights of the individual, and provides a sense of community, well-being, and self-worth.
