At Valiant Behavioural Health we treat the roots behind addictions. We provide the highest level of individual counselling sessions available, offering up to 12 private sessions per week. On top of this we add a full complement of daily sessions focusing on topics like Anxiety & Depression, Grief and Loss, Self-Esteem, Anger, Co-Dependency, Trauma, 12 steps, Self-Care, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Relapse Prevention.
