Our clinic specialized in the assessment and treatment of emotional difficulties, specifically eating disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. Our clients may struggle with anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, rumination syndrome, and binge eating disorder. Often they have tried other treatments with limited success. Offered online across Canada and in-person at select locations, the 8-week intensive program offers 9 hours per week of group and individual therapy sessions, followed by 10 months of Aftercare sessions to support ongoing recovery. These evidence-based programs use proven therapeutic techniques and psychoeducation to help patients learn the tools and skills they need to achieve long-term recovery. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behavioural Activation Therapy (BA).
