About

Ketamine Therapy for Mental Health

Field Trip Health is proud to offer ketamine-assisted therapy, a new treatment option for treatment-resistant mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Ketamine-assisted therapy is safe, legal, highly-effective and fast-acting, and is proven to be able to provide relief from symptoms as soon as after the first session. From there, our program builds on these early gains throughout the treatment process. These consciousness-altering experiences are facilitated in a safe and intentional setting, designed to invoke feelings of serenity and calm, with a strong connection to nature & plant life. Our therapists help clients integrate their profound experiences, developing meaning out of insights generated during ketamine journeys. These experiences can be a powerful catalyst for self discovery and healing. The safe, comfortable, structured approach at Field Trip Health facilitates sustainable change.

About Field Trip Health

We combine the perspective-altering ketamine experiences with a robust protocol of intention-setting, mindfulness, and integration therapy: all of which conducted by licensed and registered experts in the field. Our treatment programs are designed to be carried out sequentially; the combination, frequency, and order of which will be created by both yourself and our medical team. Each ketamine experience is preceded by preparation sessions with a registered psychotherapist to help set your intentions for the program, and each ketamine experience is followed by integration therapy where you will work with that same therapist to crystallize the findings of your experience and devise tactics to integrate changes into your day-to-day life. For as low as $148 a month, our complete offering includes: a psychiatric intake, medical clearance process, psychotherapy introduction, preparation therapy session, four ketamine sessions, and three integration therapy sessions.

Our therapists work from a trauma-informed, systems-oriented lens and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan for your unique needs. Safety is required for healing, and your active consent is a vital piece of your journey towards healing. Our treatment programs have the option to be booked as guided personal experiences or guided group experiences, pending your interest and recommendation from your therapist. Group experiences provide deeper feelings of connection with like-minded individuals that psychedelic medicine is known to enhance, while individual experiences allow increased inward focus. Both treatment options invite transformational growth. Are you disappointed with the results from other therapies or medications? Is something blocking progress, but you’re not sure what? Find out if ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is right for you by visiting our website or giving our team a call. We would love to hear from you.
