For those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, or work-related trauma, a stable treatment program can make the difference between recovery and relapse. But putting your family and career on hold to receive inpatient treatment is not possible for everyone. EHN Online's Virtual Intensive Treatment Programs (VITPs) provide effective treatment for substance addictions, mental illness, and trauma/PTSD. These evidence-based programs use proven techniques and psychoeducation to help patients learn the skills they need to achieve long-term recovery. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Treatment tailored to your needs
VITPs are for those who might not need inpatient treatment but want structured individual and group therapy. They allow you to practice skills, while starting recovery where you feel most comfortable – your home. VITPs includes education sessions for loved ones to learn about mental illness and addiction and how they can help in your journey to recovery. Ongoing success requires continued support
To ensure continued progress after your 8 weeks of treatment, VITPs include 10 months of Aftercare. This includes group therapy to build on skills learned in treatment, connection to resources (AA, NA, & SMART Recovery groups) and compliance monitoring services where available.
