In Our Clinic, on Our Farm, or From Home
We help children, teens, adults and families with anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning concerns, emotional regulation, stress, burnout and more. Sessions can happen in a traditional therapy room at our Oshawa clinic, by video anywhere in Ontario, or outdoors on our farm, where clients can connect through nature, movement and animals when that's a better fit. Our farm-based options include equine-assisted psychotherapy and group programs like Pony Tails and Horse Power. A Large Team, Including Lower-Fee Options
Our multidisciplinary team of 30+ psychologists, psychotherapists and clinicians has served the community since the 1990s. We offer individual therapy, psychological and psychoeducational assessments, groups, and a low-fee clinic where supervised trainees see clients at a reduced rate. Not Sure What to Ask For?
