Break the Anxiety - Procrastination Cycle
This three-part workshop introduces tips, research insights, and practical strategies for intervening when anxiety and procrastination feed each other. This three-part workshop meets once a week for 3 weeks to develop and practice skills that tackle the "complicated failure or self-regulation" in this anxiety-procrastination cycle.
