DBT Skills Group (Virtual)
VIRTUAL GROUPS. Comprehensive DBT Skills Training - this 24 week skills training group is designed for individuals who struggle with significant difficulty regulating, expressing, and/or tolerating emotion and for those with impulsive and self-destructive behaviours (e.g., self-injury, suicide, eating disorders). Each group is 90 minutes. Four skill modules are taught: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Spaces are limited. DBT Skills Group (Virtual)
VIRTUAL GROUPS. Our DBT skills training program is a six month intensive course designed to help clients regulate emotions, and decrease impulsivity, suicidal behavior, and self-injury.
