Our programs include Intensive Outpatient programs for alcohol & drug misuse, aftercare groups, family programs and family groups to address co dependency issues. Our DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) group sessions help you to recognize triggers that create emotional conflict and stress. In a supportive group setting and guided by experienced professionals, you’ll discover new ways of coping to help you avoid unwanted outcomes in your relationships with family, friends and coworkers. We’ll help you identify and build on your strengths. We’ll show you new ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating that will improve your ability to accept and tolerate other points of view and express your feelings effectively. DBT combines western psychological traditions with eastern meditative practices to help you learn to accept and tolerate powerful emotions with skill and communicate in a non-judgemental way. Our Technology & Gaming Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to address the needs of those who have experienced negative consequences as a direct result of time spent gaming or using technology compulsively. Our program includes education on technology and video game dependency, CBT and DBT skill development, an introduction to community resources and recovery planing. Professional’s Group
For those whose Business or Practice will not allow them to take time out for treatment we offer an individualized program tailored to meet your needs. Weekends, after hours, early mornings we find times that work. In person or virtually we provide evidence based treatment to address the disorder and provide tools for a successful future. We also provide the necessary buffer services between you, your regulatory college and family until you are ready to advocate for yourself.
