Our 5-week residential Traumatic Stress Recovery Program (TSRP), followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support, is a customized program for individuals who have experienced trauma or who suffer from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Every person experiences trauma differently. A family member ( i.e. spouse, sister/ brother can join the program in a week 1 and week 2). Our highly-trained clinical team can help you understand PTSD and its comorbid conditions, and provide support tailored to your experience and symptoms. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, psycho-educational sessions, and more. Small Group: 6 individuals per group only. Separate Cohort for First Responders and Veterans. Financial Assistance available. Certified to work with First Responders

Last Door is a licensed accredited nonprofit charity that offers Private Medical Detox, Private Residential Treatment, and Family Program Retreats. Last Door Recovery Centre’s programs are designed to integrate with current patient's mental health team, compounding pharmacology, psychotherapy CBT, acupuncture, residential treatment, social model programming and long term peer support integration. Last Door is part of the New West Recovery Community, which is considered North America's most dynamic vibrant community for people to recovery.
