Our 5-week residential Traumatic Stress Recovery Program (TSRP), followed by 6 weeks of Post-Treatment Support, is a customized program for individuals who have experienced trauma or who suffer from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Every person experiences trauma differently. A family member ( i.e. spouse, sister/ brother can join the program in a week 1 and week 2). Our highly-trained clinical team can help you understand PTSD and its comorbid conditions, and provide support tailored to your experience and symptoms. Clients participate in individual and group therapy, cardiovascular activities, yoga and mindfulness, nutrition coaching, psycho-educational sessions, and more.
