I am a Registered Psychotherapist, ADHD coach, mindfulness instructor, and clinical supervisor, who held positions at Algonquin College & Carleton University. I specialize in treating adult ADHD, anxiety, trauma & mood disorders and support individuals, couples, and parents affected by these challenges. My therapeutic approach combines ACT & CBT based psychotherapy, mindfulness & self-compassion training, stress management, executive functions skills development, and coaching strategies to facilitate the development of wellbeing, self-acceptance, supportive inner talk, and showing up for yourself and for others.
You do not need to be diagnosed with ADHD to see me! However, if you suspect you have ADHD I can offer you the CADDRA assessment and provide your MD with a comprehensive report to support their diagnostic process. If appropriate, I can also help you identify effective accommodations to improve your success at work or at school.
Starting in September 2022, I will be offering Group Therapy for ADHD. This program will incorporate elements of the previously offered CBT program and other ADHD group therapy-based interventions. For more information please visit the website or email me to request an application.
