Sometimes, if not rather often, our lives get extremely complex and chaotic. You may ask yourself how I got here and how to find some hope amidst the apparent chaos of interpersonal relations and everyday life. You want things to change. But then you may feel like there is nobody to talk with about your deepest feelings and concerns, someone to help you navigate, consolidate yourself, and develop yourself in the right direction so you can handle them better. I am trained to listen, and to recognize patterns that lead to certain outcomes, knowing how the human brain works; plus the ways political, cultural and familial contexts
affect us in the great scheme of things. Self-knowledge is empowerment and you want to be able to respond to challenges in the informed way. To transform, to change our life and to evolve. If this resonated with you, the first step is always to decide and be intentional about the change you need and want. Perhaps I am the right therapist for you, we can give
it a try and find out. I offer a 15 min complementary intake session, to see if we both click. Furthermore, I offer couples therapy, adolescents and young adults are welcome, in person or online. The therapy can be twice a month, weekly, twice a week or more. I also offer psychoanalysis, which is four times a week (mostly in-person).
