I've worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, in various organizations. Giving me the opportunity to work with individuals, partners and groups, from teens to seniors. I have extensive experience helping people cope with Depression and Anxiety symptoms, trauma, anger management, addiction, relationship, and work related challenges.
