During our time together, you can expect consistency, warmth, honesty, and a good laugh when needed. I work with folks of all ages, and specialize in providing counselling and play therapy for children (3+), teens, and families. If you or your loved one are experiencing emotional turbulence, disconnection, conflict, anxiety, relationship difficulties, attachment challenges, or grief/loss, counselling can help. I provide developmentally appropriate mental health care that is neurodivergent-affirming and honours you or your child's unique strengths and needs.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked for 12 years as a restorative justice facilitator and trainer in K-12 education, supporting children, youth, and adults to build healthier relationships and heal in the wake of violence and harm. The hundreds of young people I have worked with over the years have been my greatest teachers.
