About
Everybody goes through a rough patch in life sometimes. I'm here to help you get through yours and grow from the experience. Whether you've been feeling stressed and overwhelmed, down, irritable or anxious, I can help you feel better and find your path to a more satisfying life. I have experience treating depression and anxiety, improving self-esteem and confidence as well as defining one's identity and purpose. Additionally, I help couples navigate life transitions (e.g., becoming parents) and relationship difficulties (e.g., frequent arguments, sexual problems or sense of hopelessness).
I use integrative, strength-based approach, which means that I draw on different psychological theories and your personal skills and values to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Most frequently I draw on cognitive-behavioral, existential and solution-focused schools of psychology. To learn more visit my website: https://findyourharmony.ca/about/
When working with me you can expect an honest, genuine relationship and safe environment to face your difficulties in addition to scientifically-proven interventions tailored specifically to you. I know that looking for a therapist can be a vulnerable experience, so if you would like to see for yourself if we would be a good match, just call or email me.
