I work from an eclectic, person-centered lens rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and somatic interventions—plus some ACT, DBT, and parts work magic. My style is collaborative, culturally attuned, and grounded in real connection. Basically: less clinical, more human.
We might talk nervous systems, boundaries, or inner child work—and sometimes we’ll pull from fandoms, film, or anime to make it click. (Yes, I will catch that Marvel reference.)
