I can help you utilize your inner strengths by teaching you new skills, helping you set boundaries, prioritize yourself, and begin heal through traumatic experiences. We can do this together by engaging in goal-focused individual or family therapy.

I specialize in trauma-informed approaches such as eye movement desensitization and re-processing therapy, narrative therapy, and children’s play therapy. I am also trained in Reiki and can include that in our work together if you so choose.
