Group Therapy for Women with ADHD. Learn about emotion regulation, organizational tools and strategies, time management and executive functioning, biological and genetic factors, the effect of hormones, and many ways to cope and thrive with ADHD. The benefit of the group is that you will find solidarity, learn from one another, and be able to express your struggles to others in a supportive and understanding environment. Group Therapy for Post Secondary Students w/ ADHD
Virtual, group therapy for post secondary students in Ontario who want to connect with other students living with ADHD. Themes of the sessions will include time management, lifestyle choices, motivation, emotion regulation and more. Groups will be between 6 and 8 weekly sessions and will run in the Fall and Winter semesters. Please get in touch for more information or to be added to the waitlist.
