To achieve this, I use a combination of Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Culturally Sensitive Counselling. I specialize in high functioning anxiety, depression, maternal narcissism, self-esteem issues, how to navigate relationships, negotiating with one’s culture, finding your identity, and immigration stress.
I am inherently driven to support your journey because I’ve been there myself. As an immigrant to Canada, I have had my feet in two cultures and I have worked hard to live life authentically. Now, I have committed my life to supporting others in doing the same. I hope that my unique perspective will help bring insight and compassion to how I support you.
