Many people ask why I chose psychotherapy after my first degree in pharmacy. My answer is simple — why not? Supporting others through challenging times has always felt natural to me. Creating a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed, not judged, and where people feel empowered to embrace their authentic selves is not just work, but feels like a purpose. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and self-identity, especially those who feel caught between who they’ve been and who they are becoming.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life; you are. My background as a pharmacist also allows me to understand the connection between mental and physical health, giving me a more holistic lens in supporting you. I believe therapy is not about “fixing”
you—it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply and respond to life in ways that feel aligned, grounded, and empowering.
If you’ve been holding things in, trying to figure it all out on your own, or simply wondering where to begin, this could be your starting point. When you’re ready, we can begin that journey together
