As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I have years of experience to help you develop skills and resiliency to cope with difficulties in life. I work with adults (age 25+) and older adults (age 65+) and provide treatment for a wide range of issues, including stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, caregiving stress, and sleep. In my practice, I strive to create a safe space that is free of judgment and build a collaborative, trusting relationship.
I personalize treatment to each individual's needs and use a number of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Internal Family Systems.
My practice in Coldbrook is private, peaceful, and welcoming. I also offer sessions over telephone and secure video.
