My major practice focus has been dealing with anxiety, depression, various trauma (including abuse) and relationship counselling, including challenges with infertility. We will work together to help you find a way through life transitions that reflects who you are and who you want to be. ACT therapy is excellent for all age groups and a variety of issues. I will give you the tools to resolve your problems and teach you a process that will help you live by your values to achieve your goals. Enabling you to be the person who you want to be, and be clear about what you stand for in a complicated world.
As an ACT therapist I will offer you a comfortable, safe and accessible environment. But more importantly I will assist you to resolve your issues and "Face your Demons." I will not passively listen, but will actively guide you on the path to solving your issues. I will give you the tools to do so and give you a compass to guide you through life's storms.
