I am here to help you find insight and new perspectives about your life. I will guide you through the process of identifying the negative beliefs and narratives that may be contributing to current life challenges. Together, we can explore past trauma and understand its impact on your life today. We can work together to reduce the distress of past trauma and associated negative beliefs so you can move forward in life with greater confidence. My approach is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, and respectful of sexual orientation.
I truly believe you have what it takes within you to overcome your challenges and move toward the life you want to live. I will work with you to identify the past events that remain upsetting to you today and use IFS and EMDR therapy along with other techniques to reduce emotional, physical, and cognitive distress.
