My work is grounded in two decades of experience in family and violence-prevention services, crisis response, youth support, and probation work, as well as over ten years supervising social work students. These roles have shown me the resilience and inner wisdom people carry and taught me to meet every story with humility, empathy, and respect.
I draw from Focusing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, the Satir Model, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients tune into their body cues, deepen self-awareness, and understand their inner experience.
